Punishment Rules for Content Violations
To build a better BiliBili community, we will continue to improve relevant regulations and rules. We hope that all users can abide by the community rules to build a harmonious and loving community environment. All users are encouraged to actively report acts violating the community rules to help maintain a beautiful and friendly community.
Punishment rules for content violations: Videos, posts and voice chats that violate the review rules will be denied traffic, rejected (locked), or removed depending on the severity of the violations. For serious or repeated violations, BiliBili will block the account involved, and may also report it to relevant legal authorities to safeguard the community's security and harmony.

| Pornographic and vulgar content | Including, but not limited to obscene and pornographic content, sex toys, vulgar language and audio materials, indecent behavior, vulgar attire, and vulgar content involving real persons, animals or virtual characters |
| Hatred and discrimination | Including, but not limited to content that maliciously provokes wars or conflicts, incites confrontations, and spreads hatred |
| Minor-related content | Content that is detrimental to minors’ physical and mental health, including, but not limited to child abuse, indecent dressing or nudity of minors, vulgar language, child pornography, and the incitement or display of inappropriate behaviors such as bullying and transactions involving underage individuals |
| Bloody, violent, and uncomfortable content | Content that incites people to commit violence or to threaten others with violence, promotes wrong values such as violence against violence, or makes people feel sick or uncomfortable, including, but not limited to bleeding, exposure of internal organs, damaged body parts, disgusting and phobia-inducing scenes |

| Terrorism | Content that promotes violence, terrorism or criminal activities, or condones such activities |
